With an In-House scheduled Consultation, we come prepared to hear all of your desires and needs for your new dream space. With over 20 years of experience in the marketplace, we provide expert recommendations to further lead you closer to your envisioned home and space.
Once we have a complete understanding, we will provide you with a comprehensive budget agreement with clear and transparent line-listed items. Our commitment is custom-built specifically for you.
PLANNING
This is where the excitement starts…our in-house designer creates Mood Boards, Floorplans, 2D & 3D Models, adjusting each of your wishes, allowing us to find the perfect design for you and the allowed space.
As we reach final decisions, the designer is working in unison on Material Selections with you, presenting you with the best options to select top-of-the-line appliance suites, fixtures & faucets, tiles, stones & marbles, hardware, etc. Our mobile showroom allows us to bring the majority of samples to you in the comfort of your home.
CONCEPTUALIZING YOUR DREAM
Leave it to us to take care of Permitting, City Licensing & Planning, and all City Inspections. If you are part of an HOA, we will take care of all the communication, understanding the bylaws, and provide full and complete HOA applications with any required documentation.
As we are a full-service Construction Design-Build Firm, we will coordinate all material procurement, assuring all selected materials are on-site once the demo is completed to be incorporated into the build without delay.
BRINGING YOUR DREAM TO LIFE
With daily On-Site Management, we strive to meet and maintain the highest levels of communication with our clients. Tell us your preference for communicating, whether it’s Text, Calls, Zoom, Face Time, etc. We will schedule on-site weekly walk-throughs to discuss the progress and any inquiries. Our full construction schedule also allows clients to have full knowledge of the process from beginning to end.
